PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fomentation apparatus for an eyelid in which light and heat are imparted efficiently to the eyelid by allowing adhesion to the eyelid.SOLUTION: The shape of a heater pad 1 into which a red LED is integrated is allowed to have a three-dimensional design in accordance with an eyelid 3, and thereby light and heat from the red LED 2 are absorbed into an eyelid skin efficiently by allowing adhesion to the eyelid.
