SOLUTION: The ostomy aid holding device is an ostomy aid holding tool for holding an ostomy aid for covering a stoma and includes an annular ostomy aid holding device bottom plate having a pin-like projection ON one surface, an ostomy aid holder body having a projection part for holding an ostomy aid ON the upper surface and having a small hole to be fitted with the pin-like projection ON the lower surface and a sheet-like skin contact part comprising adhesive silicone gel and a non-adhesive silicone material. The bottom plate is clamped between the adhesive silicone and the non-adhesive silicone of the sheet-like skin contact part and the pin-like projection of the bottom plate is fitted to the small hole of the holder body.
