PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aid in doing stretching exercise because the exercise for further improving the flexibility can not be done if both hands can not reach each other to be connected with each other when the right arm is put around the back from the right shoulder and the left arm is put on the back from the left side to connect both hands with each other.SOLUTION: An oblong plate is divided at the center into right and left halves and projections are formed on the front side of the left half, and on the rear side of the right half respectively. Three projections are formed on the front side of the left half and three projections are formed on the rear side of the right half. A recess is formed on the inner side of each projection in such a shape that the oblong plate can be gripped from the outer side toward the inner side.
