PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which stably maintains the fitting property of a hollow loop part to the skin, prevents the hollow loop part from falling down inward, and is excellent in a wearing feeling and a leakage preventing property.
SOLUTION: The practically vertically long absorbent article 1, including a front sheet 2, a back sheet 3, and an absorbent body 4, has a three-dimensional leakage preventing part 6 having first and second hollow loop parts 7 and 8 on both sides in the longitudinal direction. The first and second hollow loop parts 7 and 8 are provided adjacently to each other, and have inner walls 72 and 82 extending inward in the width direction from peak parts 71 and 81, and outer walls 73 and 83 extending outward in the width direction. As for the first hollow loop part 7, the lower end of the inner wall 72 is fixed to the skin facing surface side of the absorbent body, and a hollow part 74 is positioned mainly above the absorbent body 4. As for the second hollow loop part 8, the lower end of the outer wall 83 is fixed to a part closer to the side of the back sheet 3 than the lower end of the inner wall 72 of the first hollow loop part 7, and a hollow part 84 is present on the outside of the side edge 43 of the absorbent body.
