PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of improving fittability to users crotch, irrespective of having an absorbent laminate in which a plurality of absorbent bodies having a water-absorbing resin between nonwoven fabric sheets and having no pulp fabric are superimposed.SOLUTION: The absorbent article 1 includes a top sheet 2, a back sheet 3 and an absorbent laminate 10 formed therebetween. The absorbent laminate 10 has an upper absorbent body 11, a first lower absorbent body 21 disposed on one side of a width direction x below the upper absorbent body 11, and a second lower absorbent body 31 disposed on the other side of the width direction x below the upper absorbent body 11.
