To provide a health handbook which allows a user to visually read information written or printed by a pharmacist in the same way as a conventional medicine pocketbook (health handbook) and is electronically utilizable.
SOLUTION: In a health handbook to be used by successively attaching a label to be issued over time by a pharmacy or medical institute ON which various medical information related with medicine or medical treatment is written to a plurality of pasteboards provided in a notebook-type health handbook body owned by a patient and an RFID tag in which at least noticed information and issue dates are stored is attached to each label.
