PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plunger for a prefilled syringe, which is capable of preventing the plunger from being detached from a gasket when the plunger is pulled forward for injecting a medical solution.SOLUTION: The plunger has an externally threaded part, and is attached to the gasket with an internally screwed part of the prefilled syringe.
