PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that enables operations for adjustment of an angle and/or a position around an optical axis of an intraocular lens to be more efficiently or smoothly performed after the intraocular lens is released into an eyeball by means of an insertion instrument for the intraocular lens.SOLUTION: An outer peripheral part 2c of an intraocular lens can be more reliably pressed by a plunger tip 61 during the operation of releasing the intraocular lens into an eyeball.
