An artificial airway assembly for ventilating a patient, is provided, comprising a flexible airway tube having a proximal end and a distal end, adapted to guide a working tool to an operating position to view vocal cords and trachea of the patient, said flexible airway tube comprising at least one locally weakened and tearable course adapted to permit detachment of at least a section of said airway tube while maintaining said working tool in said operating position； and a mask fixedly secured to said distal end of said flexible airway tube, said mask having conforming means for conforming to a space immediately adjacent to the larynx of the patient to properly position said working tool. In alternative embodiments, the assembly further includes an inflatable balloon that directs the airway tube toward the patient's trachea.La présente invention concerne un ensemble de voies respiratoires artificielles pour ventiler un patient, ledit ensemble comprenant un tube respiratoire souple ayant une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale, adapté à guider un outil de travail jusqu'à une position de fonctionnement pour visualiser les cordes vocales et la trachée du patient, ledit tube respiratoire souple comprenant au moins une ligne localement affaiblie et déchirable adaptée à permettre le détachement d'au moins une section dudit tube respiratoire tout en conservant ledit outil de travail dans ladite position de fonctionnement ； et un masque fixé de manière sûre à ladite extrémité distale et au dit tube respiratoire souple, ledit masque ayant un moyen de conformation destiné à conformer un espace immédiatement adjacent au larynx du patient pour correctement positionner ledit outil de travail. Dans des variantes de modes de réalisation, l'ensemble comprend en outre un ballon gonflable qui dirige le tube respiratoire en direction de la trachée du patient.
