The present invention relates to an antimicrobial composition for inhibiting antibiotic-resistant bacteria comprising 7,10-epoxyoctadeca-7,9-dienoic acid and an antibiotic as an active ingredient. An antimicrobial composition for inhibiting antibiotic-resistant bacteria comprising the 7,10-epoxy-octadeca-7,9-dienoic acid of the present invention and an antibiotic as an active ingredient is used (Staphylococcus aureus, MDRSA) can effectively inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and the resistant microorganisms derived therefrom, irrespective of the type of antibiotics and antibiotics. Therefore, it can be usefully used in the related pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries which require inhibition of growth of antibiotic resistant bacteria.본 발명은 7,10-에폭시옥타데카-7,9-다이에노산 및 항생제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 항생제 내성균 억제용 항균 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 7,10-에폭시옥타데카-7,9-다이에노산(7,10-epoxy-octadeca-7,9-dienoic acid) 및 항생제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 항생제 내성균 억제용 항균 조성물을 이용 시, 항생제의 계열에 상관 없이 효과적으로 황색포도상구균 및 이에 유래한 내성균의 성장을 저해할 수 있으며, 특히 다재내성포도상구균(Multi-drug resistant Staphylococcus aureus, MDRSA) 또한 효과적으로 억제할 수 있다. 따라서 항생제 내성균의 성장 억제를 필요로 하는 관련된 약학, 식품 및 화장료 산업에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
