The present invention relates to an artificial nipple implantation method and a structure thereof. The major structure comprises an artificial nipple with one side defined with a coupling part to be coupled with the chest subcutaneous tissue and a nipple protrusion extended from the center of the coupling part. The artificial nipple implantation method comprises: cutting an opening of a proper size at one side of a reconstructed breast implanting an artificial nipple in the subcutaneous tissue to contact the coupling part of the artificial nipple with the breast, wherein the breast protrusion is arranged at the opening then stitching the opening.
