PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of transformable insects using electroporation and the transformable insects are provided to manufacture the transformable insects at high yield. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of transformable insects comprises the following steps: injecting vector DNA by using a microneedle into testis and ovary of the insect in chrysalis step； adding electroporation to the insect of in thee chrysalis step； mating male and female imago which came out from the chrysalis； and only sorting the female imago and receiving the laid eggs. The voltage when adding the electroporation is 50-60V.본 발명은 전기천공법(electroporation)을 이용하여 형질전환 곤충을 생산하는 방법 및 그로부터 얻어진 형질전환 곤충에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 번데기 단계의 곤충에 전기천공법을 활용하여 고효율로 형질전환 곤충을 얻는 방법에 관한 것이다.상기와 같은 본 발명의 형질전환 곤충의 제조방법은,번데기 단계의 곤충의 정소와 난소에 미세침을 이용하여 벡터 DNA를 주입하는 단계；위 번데기 단계의 곤충에 전기천공(electroporation)을 가하는 단계； 및전기천공(electroporation)이 끝난 번데기에서 우화되어 나온 암컷과 수컷의 성충을 교배한 후, 암컷 성충만 분리하여 그 산란한 알을 받는 단계；로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
