PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a paddy field work machine which favorably receives a radio signal from a positioning satellite and highly accurately detects a travel vehicle body direction from earth magnetism by a direction sensor.SOLUTION: The paddy field work machine includes a positioning system in which a radio signal from a positioning satellite is received by a receiving unit 45 and a position information of a travel vehicle body A is obtained. The receiving unit 45 includes an antenna receiving a radio wave from the positioning satellite and a direction sensor detecting a direction from earth magnetism.
