The present invention relates to a method for producing a natural extract having an improved hair loss preventing effect； a natural extract produced through the method to have an increased hair loss preventing effect； and a cosmetic composition for preventing or alleviating hair loss, wherein the cosmetic composition contains the natural extract as an active ingredient.
