The object of this invention is to provide a rice bran extract composition which has anti-oxidative activity and stimulating effect for GLP-1 prodiction. The rice bran extract composition of the present invention contains 2.7 to 4.1 mass% of acylated sterol glycoside, 1.4 to 2.1 mass% γ -orizanol, and 18 to 28 mass% of phospholipid converted in terms of stearoyl oleoyl phosphatidylcholine.
