The invention provides novel cytotoxic compounds and cytotoxic conjugates comprising these cytotoxic compounds and cell-binding agents. More specifically, this invention relates to novel thailanstatin A analogs, useful as cytotoxic small molecule toxins in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
