The present invention relates to a composition for reinforcing a basic odor removing effect for converting ammonia gas, which is a cause of basic odor present in air, into an insoluble substance, and a method for manufacturing the same. The present invention can provide a safe and comfortable indoor environment by selectively removing ammonia gas, which is one of the main malodorous components in the air, with the manufacturing method comprising the steps of: (a) preparing an aqueous solution of phosphoric acid (H_3PO_4) where phosphate ions (PO_4^3-) are present； and (b) mixing magnesium sulfate with magnesium ions (Mg^2+) in the aqueous solution of phosphoric acid prepared in the step (a).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020공기 중에 존재하는 염기성 냄새의 원인인 암모니아 기체를 불용성 물질로 변환시키는 염기성 냄새 제거효과 강화 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 인산 이온(PO43-)이 존재하는 인산(H3PO4) 수용액을 준비하는 단계, (b) 상기 단계 (a)에서 준비된 인산 수용액에 마그네슘 이온(Mg2+)이 존재하는 황산마그네슘을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 구성을 마련하여, 공기 중의 주된 악취 성분 중의 하나인 암모니아 가스를 선택적으로 제거함으로써 안전하고 쾌적한 실내 환경을 마련할 수 있다.
