The present invention relates to a medical forcep for gripping a biological tissue. The medical forcep includes: a body unit comprising a first body unit, and second body unit coupled to rotate on a rotation coupling unit by being intersected the first body unit； a grip unit configuring a ring shaped first grip and second grip at the bottom of the first body and second body； and a pair of tongs unit configuring a ring shaped first pair of tongs and second pair of tongs, in which a plurality of protrusions are formed at a position closer to the rotation coupling unit than to the grip unit. Thus, when an operator puts a surgical instrument of the present invention inside a body, an access to a desired surgical site can be easily done, and critical complications, such as bleeding, punching, and so on which can be occurred during a surgery, can be prevented.본 발명은 생체 조직을 파지하기 위한 의료 겸자에 관한 것으로서, 제1 몸체 및 상기 제1 몸체와 교차되어 회전 결합부를 중심으로 회전 가능하게 결합되는 제2 몸체를 포함하는 몸체부； 상기 제1 몸체 및 상기 제2 몸체의 후단에 링 형상의 제1 손잡이 및 제2 손잡이를 구비하는 손잡이부； 및 상기 손잡이부보다 상기 회전 결합부에 더 근접한 위치에 다수의 돌기가 형성된 링 형상의 제1 집게 및 제2 집게를 구비하는 집게부를 포함함으로써, 시술자가 본 발명의 수술 기구를 신체 내부로 진입시킬 때 원하는 수술 부위로의 진입을 용이하게 하고 시술 시 생길 수 있는 출혈, 천공 등의 중한 합병증을 예방할 수 있다.
