An embodiment of the present invention provides an evaluation system for radiodermatitis. The evaluation system includes a skin image acquisition part for acquiring the skin image of a patient by imaging the skin of the patient, a receiving part for receiving digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM) generated by an external radiation therapy system for the patient； and a skin grade evaluation part which sets a region of interest by matching a treatment region to the skin image by the treatment plan of the patient using the DICOM, and determines the skin grade of the patient from the set region of interest. It is possible to evaluate the radiodermatitis objectively.본 발명의 일 실시예는, 환자의 피부를 촬상하여 상기 환자의 피부영상을 획득하는 피부영상획득부, 상기 환자에 대해 외부의 방사선치료시스템에 의하여 생성된 치료계획데이터(DICOM； Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine)를 수신하는 수신부 및 상기 치료계획데이터를 이용하여 상기 환자의 치료계획에 의한 치료부위영역을 상기 피부영상에 매칭시켜 관심영역을 설정하고, 상기 설정된 관심영역으로부터 상기 환자의 피부등급을 판단하는 피부등급판단부를 포함하는, 방사선 피부염 평가시스템을 제공한다.
