SOLUTION: This MPPS gateway includes: an image receiving function 10 of an input interface for receiving DICOM transmission data from an X-ray imaging apparatus 1A having no MPPS transmission function an information detection function 11 analyzing the DICOM receiving data and executed by an information detection program for detecting examination information and examination ending information related to an image a data constitution function 12 aligning the detected data into MPPS format an examination end determination function 13 determining the examination end and an MPPS transmission function 14 of an output interface for transmitting the data to a DICOM network 8.
