The invention relates to a non-sintering nano-composite dental crown. The non-sintering nano-composite dental crown includes a reinforcing body having a bottom having a groove, wherein the reinforcing body is mixed by polyaryletherketone and a ceramic； a surface layer covering the surface of the reinforcing body, wherein the surface layer is formed by composite resin and at least has polymethyl methacrylate. According to the invention, the non-sintering nano-composite dental crown has an appearance with excellent color, high strength, high elasticity and high ductility, and cannot break when being arranged on a support tooth of a natural tooth or a implanting tooth； and the non-sintering nano-composite dental crown is not prone to fracture while being bridge-shaped.本創作為一種免燒結奈米複合牙冠，包含：一強化體，其底部具有一凹槽，且該強化體由聚芳醚酮(Peek, polyaryletherketone)及陶瓷混合而成；及一表面層，覆蓋於該強化體的表面，該表面層由複合樹脂所組成，且該表面層至少具有聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA, polymethyl methacrylate)。本創作之免燒結奈米複合牙冠藉由上述之配置，同時具有色澤優異的外觀、高強度、高彈性及高延展性，套設於自然牙或植牙的支台齒時，不易破裂；並且，該免燒結奈米複合牙冠為一齒橋狀時，亦不易斷裂。
