PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is excellent in absorption speed and anti-liquid return, can suppress wrinkles formed on a top sheet when worn, and prevent lateral leak caused by formation of the wrinkles.SOLUTION: An absorber is provided with absorption members on upper and lower two layers. A first absorption member of the upper layer is formed into a block shape divided into a longitudinal direction and a width direction. A second absorption member of the lower layer is not formed into a long block shape. The first absorption member is thinner than the second absorption member, low in SAP content rate and in density. A top sheet and the first absorption member are integrated by adhesive continuing at least in the longitudinal direction.
