PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device that is easy to assemble.SOLUTION: A measuring device is provided with a main body part 10 in which a through hole that a filament penetrates and a sensor assembly that detects a degree of inflection between the main body part 10 and the filament. The main body part 10 and the sensor assembly are detachable from each other, and the sensor assembly includes a light emitter 20 that emits light to the main body part 10 and a light receiver 30 that receives, out of the emitted light, light transmitted by the main body part 10. The light emitter 20 and the light receiver 30, in a state of holding the main body part 10 therebetween, can be positioned by a stationary portion in which part of the light emitter 20 and part of the light receiver 30 are fixed to each other.
