PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide natural extracts having antithrombotic action, and pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs or food products containing the extracts in order to prevent or improve blood circulation deterioration due to thrombosis and blood clot.SOLUTION: Extracts from marigold (Tagetes patula), passion flower (Passiflora incarnate L.), eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis) and bitter cucumber (Momordica charantia) showed excellent antithrombotic activities. Synergistic effect was obtained by combination use of the extracts with the extract of REISHI (mushroom of the genus Ganoderma). Food products, quasi-drugs and pharmaceuticals containing the extracts have antithrombotic action, and are effective in not only improvement of thrombosis but also in prevention and improvement of symptoms such as arteriosclerosis, dull skin color, dementia, stiff shoulder, and headache involving blood clot.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】抗血栓作用を有する天然抽出物及びこれらを含有する血栓症や血栓による血行悪化を予防・改善できる医薬品、医薬部外品又は食品を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】マリーゴールド、パッションフラワー、アイブライト及びニガウリの抽出物が優れた抗血栓作用を示した。また、霊芝抽出物を併用することにより、相乗的な効果が得られた。これらの抽出物を含有する食品、医薬部外品、医薬品は、抗血栓作用を有し、血栓症の改善ばかりでなく、血栓が関与する動脈硬化、皮膚のくすみ、痴呆、肩こり、頭痛などの症状の予防や改善に有効である。【選択図】 なし
