CONSTITUTION: A non-contacting sterilizer comprises a plurality of sterilization lamps(121-124) which emits sterilization light, and are arranged in parallel； tubes(141,142) which are arranged in a vertical direction to the arranged direction of the sterilization lamps and accommodate sterilization target object； a sterilization target-supplying and collecting part(130) which supplies sterilization target object to the tubes and collects the sterilized target object. The tube comprises a mixing apparatus mixing a passing sterilization target object. The tube is a hollow cylindrical tube which surrounds the outer circumference of the UV lamp.
