PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a makeup cosmetic, which is excellent in coloring in particular, is long lasting, and is favorably removable, and in which there is no product unevenness even if the tactile feel is highly elastic.SOLUTION: The makeup cosmetic contains: (A) a silicone gel including a cross-linked polyether-modified silicone and a silicone oil (B) an oil and (C) powder.
