PURPOSE: Acanthopanax senticosus eggs and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the excellent functionality to the eggs using an acanthopanax senticosus extract. CONSTITUTION: Acanthopanax senticosus eggs are produced by feeding an acanthopanax senticosus extract or its organic solvent separated product. The acanthopanax senticosus eggs contain gamma amino butyric acid inside egg yolks.
