PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical connector which enables the connection of a medical connection tool without requiring a dedicated connector and whose shape and assembly process are prevented from being complicated, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: An annular claw part 41 of a ring member 4 and an annular projection part 32 of a housing 3 are fitted to upper and lower annular groves 23, 22 formed at a peripheral part of a disk-like valve member 2 having a slit 21 at a central part, an outer peripheral side is thicker than formation parts of the upper and lower annular groves 23, 22 in both upper and lower directions in the valve member 2 to overlap respective outer peripheral sides of the annular claw part 41 and the annular projection part 32, and on the other hand, while a thick outer peripheral surface is thicker in an upper direction at a central side than the formation part of the annular groove 23 of an upper side of the valve member 2 and is located at an inner peripheral side of the ring member 4 is deformed and displaced in a direction away from the inner peripheral surface of the annular claw part 41 of the ring member 4 by inserting a male lure 51 into the slit 21 of the valve member 2, the valve member 2 is fixed in the housing 3.【課題】専用のコネクタを必要とすることなく医療用接続具の接続が可能であり、また形状や組み立て工程が複雑になることがない医療用コネクタおよびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】中央部にスリット２１を有するディスク状の弁部材２の周縁部に形成された上下の環状溝２３，２２にリング部材４の環状爪部４１とハウジング３の環状突部３２が嵌合されていると共に、弁部材２において上下の環状溝２３，２２の形成部分よりも外周側が上下の両方向に厚肉とされて環状爪部４１と環状突部３２の各外周側に重なる一方、弁部材２の上側の環状溝２３の形成部分よりも中央側で上方向に厚肉とされてリング部材４の内周側に位置する厚肉の外周面が、弁部材２のスリット２１への雄ルアー５１の挿入によりリング部材４の環状爪部４１の内周面から離隔方向に変形変位せしめられる状態で、弁部材２がハウジング３内に固定されるようにした。【選択図】図３
