PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit an appropriate medical guidance for each patient according to a measured component value of body fluid.SOLUTION: A blood glucose meter 10 includes: a component measuring section 68 for measuring a glucose level of blood; a storage section 66 for storing the medical guidance that is divided into a plurality of levels according to an extent of the glucose level measured by the component measuring section 68; a speaker 54 for outputting the medical guidance in a voice form; a microphone 58 and a record guidance memory 76 for recording the medical guidance as voice; a clock 64; a postprandial button 42; and a control section 60. The control section 60 reads a corresponding medical guidance from the record guidance memory 76 of the storage section 66 based on a degree of the glucose level and a current time, and outputs the read medical guidance via the speaker 54 by voice. When the postprandial button 42 is depressed, a second medical guidance 78 is preferentially output by voice.
