The present invention relates to a dermatologic surgery kit and a dermatologic surgery instrument including: a needle tube that has the shape of a hollow tube and includes a through-hole a needle hub including a hole to which the needle tube is fixed and a guide thread passing through the needle tube and forming a ring for suture insertion at a tip portion of the needle tube, both ends of the thread escaping from a rear end portion of the needle tube. According to the present invention, a suture is inserted into the ring formed by the guide thread, and thus sutures of various thicknesses and shapes can be used regardless of needle tube thickness. In addition, side effects attributable to existing thick needle tubes can be reduced and dermatologic surgery effects can be enhanced. Both ends of the guide thread escape from the rear end portion of the needle tube and are fixed by a guide thread fixing unit or a guide thread fixing cover.
