Disclosed is a plastic surgical thread to remove a wrinkle by being inserted into a skin layer where the wrinkle is formed. According to the present invention, one end portion of the plastic surgical thread is formed as a round protrusion by being located outside one end portion of an injection needle which is firstly inserted into the skin layer. Then, when inserting the injection needle into the skin layer, the present invention can prevent skin tissue of the skin layer from being damaged by the end portion of the injection needle due to the round protrusion of the surgical thread. When the skin tissue of the skin layer of a patient is not damaged, the pain for the patient is also minimized and anesthesia can also be minimized.
