A body surface capacity measurement device and measurement method thereof are disclosed for enhancing practicability of diagnostic equipment. The body surface capacity measurement device includes a dress member and a controller. The dress member means for wearing at certain portion of human body. The dress member has a first sensing block and a second sensing block, with each of the first and second sensing blocks has a plurality of electrode plates. The controller includes a power supply unit. The power supply unit electric connects a measuring unit and a processing unit. The measuring unit electric connects the electrode plates of the first and second sensing blocks respectively, and the measuring unit means for measuring capacity of each electrode plate of the first and second sensing blocks.
