A dual-bearing reel body (1) includes a spool (2), a spool shaft (3), and a braking device (5) for braking the spool. The spool (2) includes: a line winding body part (14) having an internal space； a cylindrical shaft attachment part (15) penetrated by the spool shaft (3)； and a connection wall part (16) connecting the line winding body part (14) with the shaft attachment part (15). In the spool (2), a plurality of circular through holes (17) and oval through holes (18) are formed at regular intervals. The spool shaft (3) is supported in the reel body to be rotatable.
