Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Desinfektion bzw. Sterilisation eines manuell betätigbaren Türgriffes (2) mittels eines flüssigen Desinfektionsmittels. Hierzu ist die Vorrichtung (1) mit einem nachfüllbaren Behälter (3) für das Desinfektionsmittel ausgestattet, der mit einem an dem Türgriff (2) fixierten, flexiblen Abdeckelement (5) verbunden ist. Das Abdeckelement (5) ist als ein doppelwandiger, elastischer Hohlkörper ausgeführt und hat Austrittsöffnungen, die sich in einem bei der manuellen Betätigung durch eine Druckkraft belasteten Gebrauchszustand durch den dabei wirkenden erhöhten Druck öffnen und einen V-förmigen Öffnungsspalt für das Desinfektionsmittel freigeben.
