A wrench with torque meter for fastening pins and/or screws in the treatment of bone ailments and fractures, and more particularly said wrench (1) is of a type provided with a torque meter (T) and gripping means for fitting and fastening pins and screws (not illustrated) in bone ailments and fractures said wrench (1) is composed of an actuating sector (SA), a torque sector (SC) and a fastening sector (SF) for the pin or screw to be implanted (not illustrated) the actuating sector (SA) is formed by a grip (2) traversed by a grip rod (3), which is anchored at the distal end of the grip by means of an elongate head (3a) and has the other end thereof fastened to the controlled torque sector (SC), composed, in turn, of a lower (5) and a further, upper (6) ratchet, which can be rotated in a rotation direction (S1) and locked when rotated in the opposite direction (S2), as a function of the configuration of the respective teeth (5d) and (6b) that form a meshing portion (TE) the lower base (5a) of the lower ratchet (5) has a projecting pin (5b) that is threaded in order to be mounted firmly in the gripping means (M) for pins and screws the tubular portion (2c) of the grip, and also the meshing sector (TE) are covered by a tubular sleeve (7) that has an internal space (7b) for accommodating a helical spring (8).Linvention concerne une clé à couplemètre pour la fixation de broches et/ou de vis dans le traitement de fractures et de maladies osseuses.
