PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a needle pricking accident by providing a safety type needle assembly added with an erroneous pricking prevention mechanism.SOLUTION: This needle assembly is provided with a needle formed with an edge at the distal end and having a curved portion, a hub retaining the proximal end of the needle, a grip section fitted with the distal end of the hub and extending in the distal end direction, and a fixing section a tube surrounding the needle is provided outside the needle the fixing section has a through-hole for penetrating the needle the tube and the fixing section are connected so as to connect the distal end of the tube to the through-hole the tube extends from the fixing section in the direction of the proximal end of the needle and its one part or the whole parts are positioned inside the grip the fixing section is detachably fixed to the grip section and, when the fixing section is moved to the needle distal end direction so as to position the through-hole of the fixing section in the same position to the needle tip of the needle or frontward the needle tip, the tube covers the exposed portion of the needle.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】 誤穿刺防止機構の付加した安全タイプの針組立体を提供し、針刺事故の防止を目的とする。【解決手段】 先端に刃先が形成され、湾曲部を有する針と、該針の基端部を保持するハブと、該ハブの先端部と嵌合し、該先端方向に延在する把持部と、固定部とを備えた針組立体であって、該針の外側には該針を囲繞するチューブが設けられ、該固定部には該針が貫通する貫通孔を有し、該チューブの先端と該貫通孔とが連通するように該チューブと該固定部とが接続され、該チューブは、固定部から針の基端方向に延在して、その一部又は全部が把持部の内側に存在し、該固定部は、脱着可能に該把持部に固定され、該固定部の貫通孔が該針の針先と同じ位置又は針先より前方となるように固定部を針先端方向へ移動した際に、該チューブが該針の露出していた部分を覆うことを特徴とする針組立体を用いる。【選択図】 図1
