The invention concerns use of a composition for stimulating the immune system in a mammal. The composition comprises a mixture of 30% - 80% of at least one compound having the formula (I) and 10% to 40% of at least one compound of the formula (II) wherein the substituents are as defined in the description. The invention also relates to use of the composition in the preparation of a medicament for stimulation of the immune system in a mammal.La présente invention concerne lutilisation dune composition pour stimuler le système immunitaire chez un mammifère.
