The present invention relates to a fixture for implant operation and, more specifically, to a fixture for implant operation, which is easy to implant, and increases initial fixation power. According to the present invention, the fixture for implant operation is equipped with a main body unit, a first screw unit, and a second screw unit. The main body unit has the reduced diameter as moved from the upper end to the lower end. The first screw unit is formed on the outer circumferential surface for enabling the diameter to be reduced from the upper end of the body unit to the lower end. The second screw unit is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the body unit for enabling the diameter to be enlarged and reduced from the first screw unit to the lower end of the body unit. According to the present invention, a force of the fixture to endure masticatory force is enhanced by increasing the surface area and distributing the force, by enlarging the size of the diameter of the screw unit coupled to the inside of the alveolar bone, and reducing the size of the diameter of the body unit.본 발명은 임플란트 시술용 픽스쳐에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 초기 고정력을 증가시키고, 식립이 용이한 임플란트 시술용 픽스쳐에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 임플란트 시술용 픽스쳐는 몸체부와, 제1나사부와, 제2나사부를 구비한다. 상기 몸체부는 상단에서 하단으로 갈수록 직경이 작아진다. 상기 제1나사부는 상기 몸체부의 상단에서 하부로 갈수록 직경이 작아지도록 상기 몸체부의 외주면에 형성된다. 상기 제2나사부는 상기 제1나사부에서 상기 몸체부의 하단으로 갈수록 직경이 커지다가 작아지도록 상기 몸체부의 외주면에 형성된다. 본 발명에 의하면 치조골의 내부와 결합하는 나사부의 직경의 크기는 크게 하고 몸체부의 직경의 크기는 작게 함으로써 표면적이 늘어나고 힘이 분산되어 픽스쳐가 저작압에 견디는 힘이 강해진다.
