The present invention relates to an implant fixture for improving fixed force and an implant with a fixture. The implant fixture comprises: a body (100) having an abutment (20) combined with an upper part thereof； a screw thread (200) spirally formed on the outer circumference of the body (100)； and a cutting edge unit (300) formed in one side of the screw thread (200). A plurality of holes (210) are perforated at uniform intervals or different intervals on a surface of the screw thread (200) by performing acid treatment for the implant fixture. A purpose of the fixture is maintained by forming the cutting edge unit (300) with a combination of linear lines and curved lines. The present invention forms a plurality of perforated holes having various sizes and shapes at an unspecified position through the acid treatment of the fixture.
