PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform a leg opening operation of a leg body part in a walking vehicle with a handle provided at a rear leg frame.SOLUTION: A walking vehicle 10 includes a pair of left and right leg parts 11 having a front leg frame 15 and a rear leg frame 16. The leg parts 11 can be transferred to a leg opening state where the front leg frame 15 is spaced from the rear leg frame 16 and a leg closing state where the front leg frame 15 comes close to the rear leg frame 16. A handle 26 is provided in the upper edge side of the rear leg frame 16. In each leg body part 11, a backrest component 13 is installed so that it can be turned via a turning shaft 33. The leg body part 11 is constituted to transfer from the leg closing state to the leg opening state linked with turning of the backrest component 13 from a retracted position to a backrest position. A grip part 39a provided at the turning tip side of the backrest component 13 is arranged at a position being a front side and a diagonal upper part with respect to the turning shaft 33 in a side view when the backrest component 13 is in a retracted position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】ハンドルが後脚フレームに設けられた歩行車において、脚体部の開脚操作を容易に行うことを可能とする。【解決手段】歩行車１０は、前脚フレーム１５と後脚フレーム１６とを有する左右一対の脚体部１１を備え、脚体部１１は、前脚フレーム１５が後脚フレーム１６から離間した開脚状態と、前脚フレーム１５が後脚フレーム１６に接近した閉脚状態とに移行可能とされている。後脚フレーム１６の上端側にはハンドル２６が設けられている。各脚体部１１には、回動軸３３を介して背もたれ構成部１３が回動可能に取り付けられている。背もたれ構成部１３が退避位置から背もたれ位置に回動するのに連動して、脚体部１１が閉脚状態から開脚状態に移行するようになっている。背もたれ構成部１３の回動先端側に設けられた把持部３９ａは、背もたれ構成部１３が退避位置にある場合に、側面視にて回動軸３３に対して前側であってかつ斜め上方となる位置に配置される。【選択図】図４
