The present invention relates to a digital peripheral blood analyzer; in particular, this invention is capable of displaying the finger nail microvascular flow rate value under the nail lunula on the screen and includes a base, a Y-axis moving table, a Z-axis moving table, a swing arm, a digital microscope, a power signal line, and a computer provided with keyboard and screen. When in use, the finger nail is dampened with silicone oil and placed on the base, the Z-axis and Y-axis moving tables are adjusted so that the nail lunula is located under the lens of digital microscope; an image of erythrocyte flow changes within the capillary is captured by a frame grabber of the digital microscope, and transmitted to the computer via the power signal line; after the calculation by a blood flow test/display numerical program in the computer, the finger nail microvascular flow rate value under the nail lunula is displayed on the screen. The blood flow test/display numerical program includes: resetting the flow rate of a measurement area to zero; locating the relative crest line center of the measurement area, finding the crest line center, if it is not the target, then continue finding the crest line; recording the vertex position not exceeding the measurement boundary, identifying the direction of blood flow and counting the red blood cells that flow through, computing the erythrocyte flow rate per unit time, displaying directly the erythrocyte flow rate per unit time on the computer screen, and displaying the block range under test on the screen.一種數位式末稍血流測定儀,尤指能顯示手指之指甲甲弧影下微血管流速數值於螢幕上,其包括一基座、一Y軸移動台、一Z軸移動台、一Z軸移動台、一旋臂、一數位式顯微鏡、一電源訊號線,以及一具鍵盤按鍵與螢幕之電腦,藉手指之指甲醮有矽油,置於基座上,調整Z軸移動台與Y軸移動台,使指甲之甲弧影位於數位式顯微鏡之鏡頭下,經數位式顯微鏡內之影像擷取卡,將微血管內之紅血球流動變化影像,經電源訊號線傳送至電腦,經電腦之檢測顯示血流數值程式計算,顯示出該手指甲弧影下微血管之流速數值於電腦之螢幕上,該檢測顯示血流數值程式包括讓量測區流速歸零、讓量測區流速歸零、找到量測區相對頂線中心點,找到頂線中心點、不是我們要的繼續找頂線,記錄頂點位置不要超過量測邊界、找出血流方向與計算流經紅血球數、計算單位時間紅血球流速、單位時間紅血球流速直接顯示在電腦螢幕上,顯示受測之區塊範圍於螢幕上。
