The present invention relates to a patch-type acupuncture needle having a spring. More specifically, the present invention relates to a patch-type acupuncture needle having a spring, enabling soft insertion of the acupuncture needle into skin by a user with even pressure by means of the spring. According to the present invention, the acupuncture needle can be softly inserted into skin of a patient with even force through the spring in the application of acupuncture procedures.
