A process for preparing an antiserum of a non-human animal, comprising the steps of: (i) administering to the non-human animal a hemagglutinin of purified influenza virus； and then (ii) recovering from the non-human animal serum containing antibodies that recognize hemagglutinin, characterized in that the hemagglutinin used in step (i) is from a virus cultured in a mammalian cell line.Un proceso para preparar un antisuero de un animal no humano, que comprende los pasos de: (i) administrar al animal no humano una hemaglutinina de virus de la gripe purificada； y después (ii) recuperar del animal no humano suero que contiene anticuerpos que reconocen la hemaglutinina, caracterizado porque la hemaglutinina usada en el paso (i) es de un virus cultivado en una línea celular mamífera.
