The present invention relates to a massage apparatus using a refrigerant for obtaining massage effects by transmitting cool air of the refrigerant using the refrigerant. The present invention comprises: a metal container including metal surfaces consisting of metal materials for containing the refrigerant and directly transferring the cool air of the refrigerant to the outside； and a body for sealing the refrigerant from the outside by covering the upper part of the metal container, and the present invention is characterized that a user can move by compressing the metal surfaces on his or her face and other body parts, and thereby, messaging the body parts by the cool air of the refrigerant.
