CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition of high moisturization contains 1.0 wt% of carboxylvinyl polymers, 1,0 wt% of xanthan gum, 40 wt% of ethanol, 4.0 wt% of benzyl alcohol, 7.5 wt% of 1,3-butylene glycol, 10,0 wt% of glycerine, 8.0 wt% of sorbitan oleate, 9.0 wt% of momoethylester, and 2.0 wt% of triethanol amine. The composition additionally contains 10.0-30.0 wt% of deep sea water. The cosmetic composition contains 100 wt% of purified water, 6.0 wt% of butylene glycol, 4.0 wt% of glycerine, 0.1 wt% of dipotassium glycyrrhizate, 7.5 wt% of betaine, 4.0 wt% of polyethylene glycol, 0.05 wt% of EDTA-2Na, and 7.5 wt% of ethanol, and 2.0 wt% of PEG-40 dyrogenated castor oil, and 5.0 wt% of lamella liquid crystal.본 발명은 고보습 효과를 가지는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 물과 접촉하였을 때 팽윤되며 그 구조 내에 물을 함유할 수 있는 폴리머로서 생체적응성이 우수하고 약물 투과도의 조절 능력을 지니므로 약물 송달체로서 활용성이 높을 뿐만 아니라 피부와 친수성 가교를 형성하여 피부를 수화시켜 피부를 통한 약물의 흡수를 촉진할 수 있는 하이드로겔 제형의 해양심층수가 포함된 고보습성 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
