PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin detergent composition in a foamer container, allowing good foaming by the foamer container, being good in elasticity of foam discharged from the foamer container and in foam volume after rubbing, giving no sliminess in rinsing, shortening rinsing time, imparting good fresh feeling after rinsing, preventing clogging inside the foamer container when used for a long time, and having good foam discharge performance from the foamer container.SOLUTION: A skin detergent composition in a foamer container contains (A) RCOOM (Rrepresents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having a carbon number of 7 to 21, and M represents any of an alkali metal, an alkanolamine and a basic amino acid), (B) a N-acyl glycine salt, (C) a copolymer with a certain viscosity, comprising a dimethyldiallylammonium chloride and at least any of acrylic acid and acrylamide as a monomer unit, (D) a sugar alcohol and (E) a polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 190 to 630, where the content of (A) component is 3 mass% to 7 mass%, the content of (D) component is 2 mass% to 7 mass%, and the mass ratio (A+D)/E of (A) component and (D) component to (E) component is 5 to 20.
