The brush (100) has a head (300) fixed on an end of a handle (200) and carrying a comb (310). The head and the handle are connected together via a slide (110) to allow assembling and disassembling of the head by a sliding movement, where a direction of the slide is parallel to that of the comb. An end of the handle is provided with a base plate for reception of the head. The handle comprises a fixing plate, where the slide is arranged on the base plate and the fixing plate. The handle comprises two walls, where a passage is formed between the walls.La présente invention se rapporte à une brosse (100) pour retirer les poils morts du pelage d'un animal domestique, comprenant une poignée (200), une tête (300) fixée sur une extrémité de la dite poignée, la tête portant un peigne (310). Selon l'invention, la tête (300) et la poignée (200) sont réunies par l'intermédiaire d'une glissière (110), autorisant le montage et le démontage par coulissement de ladite tête. L'interchangeabilité de la tête mise en œuvre dans la brosse de l'invention lui permet une plus grande modularité d'usage. On peut ainsi remplacer la tête par une autre plus appropriée au toilettage d'un autre animal. On peut également choisir une tête adaptée aux différents soins que l'on peut apporter à l'animal, comme l'extraction des poils morts, au démêlage du pelage, à son brossage etc.. La brosse peut être livrée avec plusieurs têtes différentes.
