Headgear for delivering a supply of gas under a positive pressure to a patient. The headgear includes a connector adapted to be attached to the supply of gas and a pair of side portions adapted to extend along opposite sides of the patients head. Each of the side portions define a laminated conduit having a first conduit end attached to the connector and a second conduit end adapted to be positioned adjacent the patients nose. Each conduit extends from the nose to the top of the patients head, passing between the eyes and ears of the patient.
