The band (1) comprises: - a first portion (11) extending from a first end (5) of the band and intended to be wrapped around the foot； - a second portion (12) extending in extension of the first portion to a second end (6) of the strip, intended to be wrapped around the ankle； - A first attachment member (21), located on the outer face (8) of the strip at the junction between the first and second portions； - A second attachment member (22) for cooperating with the first attachment member, located on the inner face (7) of the strip, at the second end of the strip. The attachment members are disk-shaped and the second attachment member has a diameter less than or equal to the diameter of the first attachment member. La bande (1) comprend : - une première portion (11) s'étendant depuis une première extrémité (5) de la bande et destinée à être enroulée autour du pied ； - une deuxième portion (12) s'étendant en prolongement de la première portion jusqu'à une deuxième extrémité (6) de la bande, destinée à être enroulée autour de la cheville ； - un premier organe d'accrochage (21), situé sur la face extérieure (8) de la bande, à la jonction entre les première et deuxième portions ； - un deuxième organe d'accrochage (22) destiné à coopérer avec le premier organe d'accrochage, situé sur la face intérieure (7) de la bande, à la deuxième extrémité de la bande. Les organes d'accrochage sont en forme de disque et le deuxième organe d'accrochage présente un diamètre inférieur ou égal au diamètre du premier organe d'accrochage.
