A physical therapy game system includes a remote micro-controller, a hand-gripping sensor member, an interactive game device and a health recorder device. The hand-gripping sensor member connects with the remote micro-controller for transmitting hand-gripping data with wireless or cable communication. The remote micro-controller is utilized to wirelessly transmit a control command to the interactive game device and to further transmit physical therapy data generated therein to the health recorder device.
